Branding goes deeper than a logo on a photo

Every experience can carry your brand at three levels, from the room to the follow-up.

  1. On-site presence

What guests see in the room.

    • Booth exterior
    • Backscreen and backdrop
    • Signage
    • Environment
    • Custom structures and fabrication
    • Displays
  2. Digital experience

What guests see on the screen.

    • Start screen
    • Interface and prompts
    • Animations
    • Guest flow
    • Sharing screens
  3. Output + follow-up

    What guests take with them.

    • Photos, GIFs and videos
    • Emails and texts
    • Landing pages
    • Prints
    • Physical collectibles

From participation to follow-up

Guests trade a little information for content they actually want. That makes lead capture feel fair, and the content keeps working after the event.

  1. Engagement

    Guests participate willingly.

  2. Content

    They receive content they value.

  3. Data

Approved attendee information is collected when appropriate.

  4. Amplification

Shared content carries the activation beyond the event.

  5. Follow-up

Brands can keep the conversation going where permitted.

Yes, when appropriate. Experiences can include lead capture, such as collecting approved contact details when guests request their content. Event organizers are responsible for any notices and consents their event requires.

What does the guest receive?

It depends on the experience: photos, GIFs, videos, AI images, portraits, prints, magazine covers or custom physical takeaways, delivered by email, text or QR code, or printed on site.
